David is the founder and principal at SIRA Group. He has twenty five years experience in the financial services industry, and is an expert in tax and superannuation strategies.
David has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and has completed specialist superannuation education.
He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (F Fin), an Associate of the Financial Planning Association (AFPA) and a Specialist Advisor member of the Self Managed Superannuation Professionals Association (SSA).
His career includes technical support, marketing, management and strategic advisory roles at various respected organisations including The Prudential Assurance Company, The Tower Group, Westpac Banking Corporation and First Samuel.
He has provided training and workshops via varying Registered Training Organisations (RTO) to many industry practitioners including administrators, advisers, accountants, auditors and solicitors and lectured at educational institutions.
